Hello!
If you are student I’m sure that you must
live with the typical question that always it’s a kind of pressure: “What do
you going to do after the university?”…
Well I have in mind
to work and study again, maybe a post grate or something like this, but I don’t
know what I’ll do first. In this moment I identify with the clinical psychology area and I’d love to
work with children and adolescents. I will be good working in this area because
always I have had a good relations with the children and I’m interesting in know
their world and help them if I find a problem in they.
I’m planning to my first
years like professional psychologist in Santiago and then go to other city. I
hope to get a job in the psychiatric clinical of the University of Chile.. It’s
my dream! But I
wouldn't like to work all the time in the same place, for example I’d like to
work at institution in the morning and have a private consult during the
afternoon to complete 8 or 10 hours at day. So that will be a problem because
it’s hard to find job at middle time. Also I’d like to go the rural zone or arrive
to tows and human settlement where there aren't hospitals or professionals of
health.
Money… I always have heard
say that psychologists don’t earn much money but I don’t care that, I will work
because I like my career not for the money and while I can be a independent person,
it’s ok.
